Have you ever been in a situation where you were trying to get something resolved by a customer service representative and felt like you had just walked into some alternate universe, perhaps a Salvador Dali like painting, where it just seems that no matter what the reality is the customer service sees things upside-down? Here’s my story of having traversed into what seemed like a Monty Python skit!
